You can vary your fitness program and get an all-round workout by taking advantage of the pools, weight rooms, and fitness center at the IU Natatorium and running / walking at the IU Michael A. Carroll Track and Soccer Stadium. Available at the Natatorium Service Desk.

Lap Swimming - Punch Pass

You can swim at your own pace and on your own time schedule. There are no age restrictions for lap swimming, but participants must be able to swim in deep water and share lanes if necessary. Available in either 15 or 40 visits, they are good for 12 months from the date of purchase and are available at the Natatorium Service Desk.

Aqua Fitness - Punch Pass

12 visits   $60.00

Purchase a 12-visit Aqua Fitness Punch Pass and choose which days you'd like to attend. Please note that Aqua Fitness Punch Passes are not available for on-line registration. Passes must be purchased from the IU Natatorium Service Desk and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Fitness Center

The IU Natatorium Fitness Center features Hammer Strength equipment, free weights, and cardio equipment to help you develop and maintain muscular strength and get a great cardio workout. A staff member is always available to assist you. Contact the Service Desk with questions: 317-274-3518.

FAQ

"Freezing" Your Membership
You have the option to "freeze" your membership and add that time on to the end of your membership. One "freeze" is available for six-month memberships: two "freezes" are avaialbe for annual memberships. Stop by the Natatorium Service Deck to "freeze" your membership.

Discounts
Faculty, staff and students must show their JagTags to recieve a 10% discount on adult classes. Please note that Parking Passes will not be discounted.

IUPUI Faculty / Staff / Student Discount
Faculty and staff must show proof of purchase of the semester recreational pass to recieve discounted adult classes. Students must show current semester recreational pass with upgrade to receive discounted adult classes.

NIFS
Current NIFS members can recieve a 10% discount on Lap Swimming Punch Pass, Aqua Fitness Punch Pass, Adult Learn to Swim, Aqua Fitness, and Stroke Improvement. Must present a valid NIFS membership at the Natatorium Service Desk at time of purchase.

State Employees
Employees must show employment verification such as a pay stub or ID card to receive a 10% discount on memberships.

Seniors
Persons 60 years of age and older need to provide written proof of age, a pay stub or ID card, when registering to receive a 10% discount on adult classes and memberships.

LILLY: Eli Lilly employees must present employee ID to recieve a 10% discount on memberships and adult classes.
CITIZENS ENERGY GROUP: Citizens employees must present employee ID to recieve a 10% discount on membership and adult classes.
